School Fee Guidelines

Payment Schedule: Fees must be paid quarterly.

Payment Location: Fees must be deposited at the school office only.

Payment Methods: Fees can be paid via cash or UPI.

Payment Deadlines: Fees for each quarter must be submitted in the first month (April, July, October, and January). A late fee of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged for late payments.

Examination Eligibility: Fee defaulters will not be allowed to sit for examinations.

Refund Policy: Fees paid are non-refundable.

Withdrawal Notice: Notice of withdrawal must be given before the 15th of the month, or fees for the following month will be charged.

Absence Policy: No reduction or allowance in tuition fees for absence from school.

Annual Charges: Tuition fees are charged for 12 months of the year

Vehicle Fee: The vehicle fee will also be charged quarterly along with the school fee.

Exam Day Payment: Fees will not be accepted on the day of the exam

Timing for fee submission: Summer: 8:00 am to 02:00 pm Winter:​09:00 am to 02:00 pm

Discipline Guidelines

  • Conduct: Students must always behave with dignity and proper decorum, inside and outside school. Guardians should cooperate in character formation. Higher-class students are encouraged to practice self-discipline.
  • Punctuality & Attendance:: Emphasize strict punctuality, regular attendance, and study dedication. The absence of social functions is discouraged.

 

Expected Behaviour

  • Arrive on time with homework completed and necessary materials.
  • Respect others’ views, rights, and property.
  • Treat everyone with respect and kindness.
  • Cooperate with teachers and peers.
  • Diligently work on assignments.
  • Seek help when needed.
  • Follow school rules and behave appropriately.
  • Practice good manners and courtesy.
  • Take initiative and act independently.
  • Lock and park cycles/two-wheelers in designated areas; wear helmets if applicable.

Undesirable Behaviour

  • Unkindness or bullying.
  • You are interrupting or being inattentive during lessons.
  • Disrupting others’ learning.
  • Failing to show courtesy and good manners.
  • Defacing or destroying property.
  • Using abusive language.
  • Acting aggressively or violently.
  • Truancy and persistent absenteeism.
  • Lack of punctuality.

Other Discipline Matters

  • Warning bell rings 5 minutes before assembly; gates close after.
  • Students using mopeds or scooters must have a valid license and wear helmets. Parents are accountable for non-compliance.
  • Electronic gadgets are prohibited without Principal’s permission. Violations incur a Rs. 500 fine and a warning letter; repeated offenses can lead to dismissal.

Student Guidelines

School Diary: Bring daily; replace if lost.

Uniform: Be clean and in school uniform.

Property: Report and repair any damage. Each class maintains its property.

Lost Items: School not liable for lost items; avoid valuables.

Vehicles: Lock in designated area; no riding in compound

Conduct: Be courteous; greet teachers.

Cheating: Zero and warning for cheating; repeat leads to dismissal

Visits: No classroom visits by parents/guardians.

Gadgets: No electronics without Principal's permission.

Prayer Time Calls:: No calls 7-8 a.m. (summer) or 8-9 a.m. (winter).

Early Leave: Discouraged before closing date.

Remarks:Parents must note and sign remarks.

Leaving During Hours: Not allowed.

Rules Concerning Absence

Attendance Requirement: 90% attendance is mandatory.

Unauthorized Absence: Students absent for three days without permission cannot attend class..

Examination Absence: No re-examination allowed; principal decides in emergencies.

Demotion Responsibility: Guardians are responsible for student demotion due to absence.

Recommendations to Guardians

  • Ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and preparedness.
  • Know and encourage adherence to school rules.
  • Show interest in classwork and homework; provide a good study environment.
  • Be positive role models.
  • Attend meetings and support school functions.
  • Provide necessary background information and update the school on concerns or changes.
  • Inform the school in writing of any address or contact number changes.
